Let's help motivate each other to stay active and healthy during our time in isolation. The rules are simple, schedule some time to workout this weekend and then share in the discussion area what type of exercise you did, any highlights that you would like to share, and maybe a healthy plant-based meal you ate. Often, when we exercise, we eat and sleep better, and it also helps with our mental well-being and reduces anxiety. From a short walk to a 10 mile run, everyone is at their own level.
