VegFest vegan tastefest, health and environmental expo, returns to the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi for its annual event on April 13. Nationally known presenters featured at VegFest include actress Daryl Hannah. Additionally, NBA Champion John Salley, cardiologist Dr. Joel Kahn and Michigan State Director for The Humane Society of the United States Jill Fritz. VegFest 2014 brings an even greater variety of experts, innovative products and activities. Attendees will enjoy vegan cooking demonstrations by professional chefs from Detroit Vegan Soul, Jazzy Veggie of Ann Arbor, and Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital. The VegFest food court will feature delicious options from local restaurants, bakeries, caterers and food companies. In the exhibit hall there will be national brand samples, eco-friendly products, cruelty-free fashion, children's activities, literature, cookbooks and more. All vegan, of course!
