Vegan Cheese-Making Workshop with Instructor Steve Leinen

Instructor Steve Leinen, winner of the ARC Vegan Mac and Cheese contest, will demonstrate how to make four vegan cheeses. He is still deciding which cheeses to feature, but in past classes he has made ricotta, herbed feta, queso dip, cheddar cheese ball, fresh mozzarella, sharp cheddar, and dill Havarti.
