Vegan Cheese Making Workshop

Instructor Steve Leinen, ARC Vegan Mac and Cheese contest winner, will demonstrate how to make four vegan cheeses -Ricotta, Queso Dip, Cheddar Cheese Ball, and perhaps Dill Havarti.
