Rose's Law: Global Lockdown for Animal Rights September Action

~ EXIT 4 Chancery Lane Underground Station Cafe Nero 1pm ~
September 29th, 2019 will mark the one year anniversary of a chicken named Rose's rescue from an Amazon-supplying factory farm in California and will launch a weeklong global lockdown for animal rights where activists risk arrest to elevate urgency and drive conversation. Direct Action Everywhere found Rose and nine other chickens who were in need of urgent care as the Sonoma County Police arrived on the farm. The police abducted nine of the birds who were then mercilessly killed by Sonoma County. One officer, however, did the right thing and instructed a rescuer to take Rose to get urgent care.
