Protest at OC Animal Care

Protest details: It’s been almost 4 years since OC Animal Care has been closed to the public. At the same time their kill rate for dogs increases..since closing, the shelter has not resumed spay and neuter services for the community or resumed the TNR program for feral cats. Enough is enough..
