Prairie Pride Vigil & Banner Drop

Almost every night while you are peacefully snuggled in bed tens of thousands of chickens and turkeys are being caught and transported to Prairie Pride in Saskatoon where they will be killed for the food industry. These birds never got to see or know their moms or dads and they never got to learn about being a bird from them, the factory farming process is so unnatural. Their lives in barns are unimaginable, living amongst tens of thousands of other birds. They have to sit in each others litter so their little tummies get burned plus they have to breathe in huge amounts of ammonia. These birds never get to experience being outside in nature. The night they are caught and transported must be so scary and confusing for them and their slaughter absolute hell on earth.
