Animal rights advocates face ongoing, unique stressors that often lead to significant distress and burnout. Cultivating and fortifying a resilient stance is critical to both the individual doing this worthwhile work as well as to the movement as a whole. This week Joyce will be sharing her personal experience with burn out, what are some burn out indicators and how to recover from the different ways burnout can manifest itself.
