In 2019, 17 horses were killed at Thistledown, making it tied as the deadliest track (along with Mahoning Valley) for horses in Ohio. It is time for us to put an end to this cruel "sport". Please join us on opening day, as we speak up for the horses and educate the public on how unnecessary horseracing is.
