Help prevent octopus farming/farmed octopus sales in Oregon!!

HB 2557, legislation that ARI has worked on with Rep. Zach Hudson to preemptively prohibit octopus farming and farmed octopus sales in Oregon, is currently scheduled for a work session (vote) on April 9th in the House Agriculture, Land Use, Natural Resources, and Water Committee. This is a burgeoning global industry unfortunately, so we are trying to get ahead of it at the state level. As many Oregonians as possible need to contact the committee members and ask for their support on this bill to advance it to the next step this year!
