Healthy Asian Food Expo

Visit VegMichigan's table at the Healthy Asian Food Expo to talk to our friendly veg volunteers and pick up literature and recipes to support a healthy, plant-based lifestyle. The Healthy Asian Food Expo, hosted by the Asian Center of Southeast Michigan (ACSM) and sponsored by the Michigan Department of Community Health and Henry Ford Medical Center, aims to to educate attendees about better nutrition in a fun way through games, contests, quizzes, cooking demonstrations and videos.
