Free Billy Protest

October is the month when people like to do things to frighten themselves for fun. But every month is frightening for Billy, locked up alone with no one to talk to, with no one to share his days with and surrounded by people who don't really care about him, who just use him for profit and entertainment. But we care and we want a better life for him, one where he is safe in sanctuary so we are opening the month for Billy!
