Free Billy Protest

Every winter, the Los Angeles Animal Holding Facility (LA Zoo) has a nighttime event series called Zoo Lights where the premises are tranformed by dazzling lantern sculptures of larger-than-life animals. Nifty! These are the kinds of animals that should be on display - the kind that aren't living, breathing, suffering beings locked up against their will!
