Free Billy Protest

2024, a year that began with yet another painful, miserable and lonely elephant death at the Los Angeles Zoo, is coming to its bitter end. Shaunzi decided last January that she was done with her horrible life of captivity and refused to get back up. Her death was devastating news and we have kept relentlessly protesting the zoo's continued imprisonment of Billy and Tina in our efforts to get them to sanctuary where they will have the opportunity to heal physically as well as psychologically. We protest so they, unlike Shaunzi and, before her, Jewel, can end their days in the sweet embrace of freedom.
