Foie Gras Protest and Bike Ride

This Saturday, August 9th DxE PDX is hosting a bike ride through Pedalpalooza. Join us for a protest ride through the city as we call on Bistecca to stop serving foie gras!

Foie gras is made by force feeding ducks multiple times a day until their livers swell up to ten times their normal size. It’s so cruel that it’s been banned in multiple countries and US cities. And yet, Bistecca Woodfire Steakhouse is still serving it.
