Foie Gras Protest

Join us Friday, November 15th at El Gaucho to ask them to drop foie gras off of their menu!
Foie gras is made by violently force feeding ducks and geese until their livers swell up to ten times their normal size. Many birds can’t even walk. The process causes immense pain, suffering, and a slow, terrifying death. It’s so inhumane that it’s been banned in multiple countries and U.S. states. There is no excuse for it to be served in Portland in 2025.
