DeLand: Protest the Rodeo!

Join local activists to protest the Rodeo in DeLand, FL!

Animals used in rodeos and bull riding have suffered fatal injuries, including broken backs and necks, heart attacks, and aneurysms.

Spurs, bucking straps, and electric prods are used to irritate and enrage normally docile and gentle animals used in rodeos. Before entering a ring, cows and horses are often prodded with an electrical "hotshot" so that the pain will rile them.
