Join us at court support for animal rescuer Zoe Rosenberg in a hearing for the Perdue Rescue case. In this hearing lawyers for Perdue and the CDFA will be arguing against our subpoenas to access their records about animal welfare and disease. This hearing is expected to be relatively short, we will meet at 1pm go over the rule of the courtroom and context of the case then go inside to be present in the court room. It's uncertain how long this hearing could take possibly 1-2 hours.
