Animals First On The Second

NEAR members have committed to taking part in this monthly event to raise awareness of the fasting imposed on animals on their way to slaughter. Members will fast from food (taking water only) for 24 hours on the second day of each month. Animals on their way to slaughter have both water and food withheld.
