DESCRIPTION:Please join local PETA supporters to help free Okha and urge Lo
omis Bros. Circus to stop using animals in its circuses! Okha is an Asian
elephant who is about 56 years old and was captured from the wild in India
when she was just a baby. Okha’s handler\, Brian Franzen\, retired two ot
her elephants\, sparing them the constant travel\, abuse\, and confinement
of life in the circus. But Okha was left behind.\nOkha deserves to be fre
ed from her more than five decades of cruel circus captivity.\nRingling Br
os. and Barnum & Bailey Circus returned to the circus ring using only will
ing human participants\, and it’s time for Loomis Bros. Circus to follow s
	uit!\nHere are the details:\nWHEN:\nTuesday\, October 27\, 6:30-8 p.m.\nWe
	dnesday\, October 28\, 3:30-5 p.m.\nWednesday\, October 28\, 6:30-8 p.m.\n
WHERE: South Florida Fairgrounds Expo Center\, 9067 Southern Blvd\, West P
alm Beach\, FL 33411\n(Please see this map for the exact meeting location:
	  https://maps.app.goo.gl/DugBs6Dex8K9m91t6 )\nCONTACT: Wendy at WendyF@pe
ta.org or Amanda at AmandaB@peta.org\nWe have a required dress code! Pleas
	e dress sharply in a PETA T-shirt\, nice black pants/shorts\, and close-to
ed shoes. We must ensure that the focus remains on the animals without any
distractions that could shift people’s attention. T-shirts will be availa
ble on-site for everyone.\nAll materials\, such as posters and leaflets\,
will be provided.\nPlease refrain from bringing dogs\, as there might not
be a comfortable place for them to lie down during the protest.\nOutreach
events are a fun and effective way to help animals and meet local advocate
s\, so be sure to invite others!\nWe hope to see you there! See less
