ver in Nederland [2].

idermying animals!!\n\nToday\, RTV Utrecht has a headline reporting that #
Naturalis is going to publicly display Bram as a taxidermy specimen. [1]\n
\nOnly 15% of the biodiversity that existed 300 years ago remains in the N
etherlands [2]. And Naturalis wants to teach children that protected anima
ls can be taxidermied as attractions.\n\n\n\nThis is a tragic continuation
of the mistreatment of Bram. First\, policies are implemented that fail t
o provide nature with sufficient peace and space. Then the wolf is blamed
when it feels cornered. Next\, Bram the wolf is labeled a problem. Then Eu
ropean regulations are bent to allow further loss of biodiversity. And fin
ally\, Bram is shot outside the rules\, but this is overlooked. And now Na
turalis wants to dishonor him even further by displaying his dead body. An
d by publicly showcasing his transformation into a product.\n\nJust like a
witch burning.\n\n\n\nDesecration of a grave is a criminal offense when i
t involves humans. Why is that? And why should we teach children that it’s
acceptable to treat animals disrespectfully?\n\nDo we expect this to lead
to a better world?\n\n\n\nNaturalis\, stop your medieval practices! A bio
diversity museum shouldn’t be a morgue. Use alternatives that truly respec
t nature.\n\nTo stand up for Bram and the wild animals still remaining in
the Netherlands\, we’re blocking Naturalis on November 1.\n\n\n\nJoin the
	mobilization chat:\n\nhttps://signal.group/#CjQKIOkcsBWgq3LJPul98p0n-OQf8i

if the efforts to taxidermy Bram continue.\n\n\n\n[1] https://nos.nl/regio
