DESCRIPTION:Join us in Miami for the Annual World Vivisection Protest Day!
\nWe’ll be taking to the streets to educate the public about vivisection b
y handing out leaflets and brochures\, displaying signs\, and having conve
rsations about the cruelty behind animal testing. We’ll also be sharing in
formation about the newly introduced COMPACT Act and asking people to cont
act Congresswoman Maria Salazar in support of the Act. All materials will
be provided.\nAnimals are not tools\, test subjects\, or resources. Animal
experimentation is cruel\, unnecessary\, and outdated.\nModern science ha
s given us technologies and research methods that can move beyond animal e
xperimentation. Yet animals continue to be confined\, tortured\, and kille
	d in laboratories.\nCome out\, bring a friend\, and help us speak up for t
he animals trapped in laboratories. Everyone is welcome!\nJust bring plent
y of water. Feel free to contact us with any questions!\n Saturday\, Octob
	er 17\n 5:00 to 7:30 PM\n Mary Brickell Village\n900 S. Miami Avenue\nMiam
i\, FL 33130\nSidewalk between North Italia and Moxies restaurants
