DESCRIPTION:🌱🪱 Social Event: Crystal Sound Activation For Activists..\nA cr
ystal sound activation\, also known as a sound bath\, is a therapeutic wel
lnness practice that uses clear quartz crystal sound bowls to create sound
frequencies and vibrations. These vibrations are designed to bring the mi
nd and body into a state of deep relaxation\, stress relief\, and mindfuln
ess.\n• The Experience: The practitioner uses mallets to strike and circl
e the rims of the crystal bowls. This creates sustained\, overlapping acou
stic chords and intense harmonic fields. \n• The Sensation: Because the hu
man body is mostly water\, these sound waves physically vibrate through yo
u\, helping to lower your heart rate\, calm the nervous system\, and trans
ition your brain into a deeply meditative state.\nHow to Prepare\n• Wear c
omfortable clothing: Dress in loose\, cozy layers as your body temperature
drops slightly when resting.\n• Stay hydrated: Drink water before and aft
er the session\, as the acoustic vibrations affect your cells and tissues.
\n• Set an intention: Take a moment before the bowls begin to focus on wha
t you want to experience\, such as releasing anxiety or anything that you
feel you wish to let go.\nWe have a capacity of 8 people at this venue so
if you could rsvp asap\, this would be really helpful. \nMessage for addre
ss 07515646756\nDonation only\n📍 Event Info\n• Please RSVP so the organize
r can plan the venue and space accordingly.
