DTSTAMP:20261002T222637Z
DTSTART:20261024T210000Z
DTEND:20261024T220000Z
DESCRIPTION:We have a historic opportunity to bring real change to the tens
of thousands of dogs and cats being experimented on in laboratories acros
s the United States. \nCongress has just introduced the COMPACT Act (Compa
nion Animal Protection Against Cruel Testing Act) to end federal support f
or dog and cat experiments. It would even re-home many of the animals curr
ently living in laboratory cages. However\, there is not much time to get
this passed before the end of the year. We need to make our voices heard s
o our government knows that their constituents want this bill to be priori
tized. \nJoin us in marching through the streets of San Francisco to advoc
ate for our four-legged friends\, raise awareness\, and show our congressp
eople where we stand. Everyone is welcome and please invite your friends!\
	nWHEN: Saturday\, October 24 at 2 pm\nWHERE: UN Plaza\, San Francisco\n—\n
