DESCRIPTION:Please join us for an outreach event to raise awareness about t
	he standard cruelty of the dairy industry. We will be focusing on "calf-ra
	ising" operations in California\, like the Grimmius Cattle Co.\nEvery sing
	le day\, newborn calves are ripped from their mothers and shipped to facil
	ities like Grimmius to be raised for the dairy and beef industries.\nA DxE
	 investigation documented the rough handling of newborn calves and their i
	ntensive confinement in small\, barren hutches for the first few months of
	 their lives—when they are at their most vulnerable.\nWe will show this ev
	idence to the public and advocate for these animals through conversations.
	\nAt this event\, we will:\n* Show DxE’s investigation footage from Grimmi
	us Cattle Co. on a TV screen\n* Hold peaceful one-on-one conversations wit
	h the public about the reality of the dairy industry\n* Distribute informa

	Farmers Market in Sacramento meeting at the southeast corner of 20th St an

	yone is welcome who believes in justice for animals. However\, please do n
	ot come if you have or recently had symptoms of or exposure to COVID-19.\n
	ACCESSIBILITY: This event will involve standing for extended periods or po
	ssibly holding a TV.\n---\nDirect Action Everywhere (DxE) is a grassroots 
	network of animal rights activists. Through open rescue\, demonstration\, 
	and disruption\, we help build a world where every animal is safe\, happy 
	and free.\nDxE cultivates a welcoming and supportive community. We ask tha
