DESCRIPTION:Join Animal Connection of Texas and PETA supporters to protest 
	the Sharon Shriners' exploitation of animals for their circuses. We will b
	e protesting outside the Sharon Shrine Annual Golf Tournament to show the 
	Shriners that we will not give up until they end animal acts in their circ
	uses\, as many other Shrines have already done.\nIn nature\, elephants enj
	oy playing with their families\, foraging for fresh vegetation\, and bathi
	ng in rivers—but those used in Shrine circuses are beaten\, whipped\, cage
	d\, chained\, and forced to perform demeaning and stressful tricks. The Sh
	aron Shrine Circus is among the last remaining shows that still use wild a
	nimals\, and it routinely partners with notoriously cruel exhibitors\, inc
	luding Carson & Barnes Circus\, which has been cited for more than 100 vio
	lations of the federal Animal Welfare Act.\nWhen: Friday\, April 24\, from
